Hear the story of Detroit's Violent Crime Task Force and how it approached the Armstrong case

When Gerald Cliff, Ph.D., my collaborator for "The 'Baby Doll' Serial Killer" book, and I did an author event in Howard City, Michigan, this past September, Gerry told the story of the formation of the interagency task force that investigated the case of convicted serial killer John Eric Armstrong, the Violent Crime Task Force. This group was an interesting approach for law enforcement, pulling members from not only Detroit Police but also cops from surrounding metro area jurisdictions.
